Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the OCED Elimination Act.
Section 2
2. Abolishment of OCED The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations within the Department of Energy is hereby abolished.
Section 3
3. Repeal of OCED provisions Section 41201 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (42 U.S.C. 18861) is repealed.
