Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the District of Columbia Local Juror Non-Discrimination Act of 2023.
Section 2
2. Exclusion from District of Columbia juries on account of sexual orientation or gender identity prohibited Section 11–1903, District of Columbia Official Code, is amended by inserting (including sexual orientation or gender identity) after sex. Section 11–1910(c), District of Columbia Official Code, is amended by inserting (including sexual orientation or gender identity) after sex.
