1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Executive Order 14292 Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Codification of Executive Order Executive Order 14292 (relating to Improving the Safety and Security of Biological Research (signed on May 5, 2025)) shall have the force and effect of law.
