Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Reauthorization of Healthy Food Financing Initiative Section 243(d) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6953(d)) is amended to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter. (d)Mandatory fundingOf the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— (1)$25,000,000 for fiscal year 2026
(2)$30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; (3)$35,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;
(4)$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and (5)$50,000,000 for fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter..
