1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Manned Aircraft Clarification Act.
Section 2
2. Criminal penalties relating to manned aircraft Section 32 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by inserting manned before aircraft or; in subsection (a)(1)— by inserting manned before aircraft in the special aircraft jurisdiction; and by inserting manned before civil; and in subsection (b), by inserting manned before civil each place it appears. The table of sections for chapter 2 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item related to section 32 and inserting the following: Section 46502(a)(1)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking an aircraft and inserting a manned aircraft. 32.
