Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the REAL ID Eligibility for Ukraine Act or the RIDE for Ukraine Act.
Section 2
2. REAL ID benefits Section 401(b) of the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022 (8 U.S.C. 1101 note(b)) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and by adding at the end the following: a driver’s license or identification card under section 202 of the REAL ID Act of 2005 (division B of Public Law 109–13; U.S.C. 30301 note), notwithstanding subsection (c)(2)(B) of such Act. (3)a driver’s license or identification card under section 202 of the REAL ID Act of 2005 (division B of Public Law 109–13; U.S.C. 30301 note), notwithstanding subsection (c)(2)(B) of such Act..
