Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the American Privacy Restoration Act.
Section 2
2. Repeal of USA PATRIOT Act The USA PATRIOT Act (Public Law 107–56; 115 Stat. 272) is repealed, and each provision of law amended by such Act is amended to read as such provision read on October 25, 2001.
