Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Fairness for Victims of SNAP Skimming Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Replacement of stolen EBT benefits Section 501(b)(2) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (7 U.S.C. 2016a(b)(2)) is amended— by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following: shall be equal to the amount of benefits stolen from the household; and in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; and by striking subparagraph (C). (A) shall be equal to the amount of benefits stolen from the household; and ;
