Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Reject Latinx Act.
Section 2
2. Prohibition No official document of an executive agency (as such term is defined in section 551 of title 5, United States Code) that is intended for public use may contain the term latinx or the term latin-x (or any variation thereof ). This section shall take effect on the date that is 30 days after the date of the enactment of this section, and shall apply with respect to any official document intended for public use produced on or after such date.
