Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring Rights of Medical Residents Act.
Section 2
2. Repealer Section 207 of the Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004 (15 U.S.C. 37B) is repealed.
Section 3
3. Effective date This Act shall take effect on the March 18 that 1st occurs after the date of the enactment of this Act.
