1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Drain the Swamp Act.
Section 2
2. Codification of Executive Order 13989 Executive Order 13989 (86 Fed. Reg. 7029; relating to ethics commitments by executive branch personnel) shall have the force and effect of law.
