1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Ocean Shipping Competition Enforcement Act.

2. Injunctive relief by the Commission Section 41307 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in the heading by striking sought; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1) by striking , may bring a civil and all that follows through the period at the end of the sentence and inserting and an opportunity to be heard under expedited procedures established by the Commission with due regard for confidential or proprietary information, may enjoin the operation of the agreement. An injunction under this paragraph shall constitute a final order of the Commission.; by striking paragraphs (2) and (3) and inserting the following: The Commission may allow a third party to intervene in a proceeding before the Commission under this subsection. by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3). The item relating to section 41307 in the analysis for chapter 413 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking sought.
