Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Keep Our Girls Safe Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Prohibition It shall be unlawful under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) for an individual of one sex (as determined solely on reproductive biology and genetics at birth) to use a locker room while such room is in active use by individuals of a different sex in connection with an education program or activity.
Section 3
3. Effective date This Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
