Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Increased Accountability for Nonconsensual Pornography Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Civil action relating to disclosure of intimate images Section 1309 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (15 U.S.C. 6851) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by inserting competent, after conscious,; and in paragraph (5)(A)— in clause (i), by striking or at the end; in clause (ii)— in subclause (I), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; or; in subclause (II), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; and by striking subclause (III); and by adding at the end the following: an identifiable individual engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and in subsection (b)(3)(A)(i), by striking $150,000 and inserting $500,000. (iii)an identifiable individual engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and; and
