Limitation on availability of funds for Bilateral Economic Assistance, Transition Initiatives for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Bilaterial Economic Assistance, Transition Initiatives for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $30,000,000.
