1. Limitation on availability of funds for Related Programs, East-West Center for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Related Programs, East-West Center for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $16,700,000.
