1. Limitation on availability of funds for Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Protection of Foreign Missions and Officials for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Protection of Foreign Missions and Officials for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $30,890,000.
