1. limitation on availability of funds for Related Agencies, Smithsonian Institution: Facilities Capital for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Related Agencies, Smithsonian Institution: Facilities Capital for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $210,000,000.
