1. Limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment to the District of Columbia Public Defender Service for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for District of Columbia, Federal Payment to the District of Columbia Public Defender Service for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $45,858,000.
