Limitation on availability of funds for Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Operations Support for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Operations Support for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $3,724,000,000.
