Limitation on availability of funds for Library of Congress, Government Publishing Office, Congressional Publishing for fiscal year 2024 Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Library of Congress, Government Publishing Office, Congressional Publishing for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $78,872,161.
