1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Prior Approval Reform Act.
Section 2
2. Removing requirement for prior approval Section 316(b)(4)(D) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (52 U.S.C. 30118(b)(4)(D)) is amended by striking to the extent that and all that follows and inserting a period. The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to solicitations made on or after January 1, 2025.
