Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring Effective Science-based Conservation Under Environmental laws protecting Whales Act of 2023 or the RESCUE Whales Act of 2023.
Section 2
2. Repeal Title I of division JJ of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117–328) is repealed.
