1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring American Sovereignty Act.

2. Use of funds for deportation purposes Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds paused pursuant to Executive Order 14169 (January 20, 2025; 90 Fed. Reg. 8619) may be made available and used by the President to deport illegal aliens from the United States.
