Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Timely Stock Disclosure Act.
Section 2
2. Periodic transaction reports Section 13105(l) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by— striking 30 days and inserting 15 days; and striking 45 days and inserting 30 days. The amendments made by paragraph (1) shall begin to apply 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. Such section is further amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking section 13104(a)(5)(B and inserting section 13104(a)(5)(B).
